                  Hand-painted 1920-1940,  design with underglaze painting in the manner of Art Deco, 

                                         a young woman standing on an oval base on one leg 

                                  with a long pleated shawl over her shoulder and as a support, 

                                         balancing a ball on her horizontally outstretched leg.
