GEORG SOLBERG KULBECK (1893-1958) was a Norwegian printmaker and painter.
Located behind Oslo Cathedral, Basarhallene ('the bazaar halls') were built during the period 1841-1858. The halls, originally used as butcher shops, were designed by architect Christian H. Grosch in the Neo-Romanesque style, with front arcades under a roof.
